Animal Cookies

Mix together in a bowl:
1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar,
1 cup butter,
1 egg,
1 tsp vanilla
& 1/2 tsp almond extract.
Then add:
2 1/2 cups flour,
1 tsp baking soda,
& 1 tsp cream of tartar.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll to 1/2” thick, cut into animals shapes.
Bake at 375° fro 7-10 min on greased cookie sheet.
